He understands his job is a temporary magical gift and the dude is just fucking loving it. I have difficulties understanding the thought process of some of the people complaining about this.
I would expect that is how the stars-ladder works. In casual and at Legend rank, we pair players with similar MMRs. At high win rates there are far fewer people so the system has to widen its search. Reminds me of when I used to play rated battlegrounds in WoW.

Practically costs nothing at all at one moment he drops on the message board and that chill ass motherfucker gives you an explanation to use later in the game. So is harder for the system to find someone also or HS is much closer to, say, Backgammon than Chess in randomness.
Well the matchmaking system will always try to match you with someone with the same score, however there is not always someone queueing up with the same score and to prevent very long wait times it will match you with someone as close as possible to your score. Currently, it would match a brand new rank 20 player with a rank 20 beta player with most of the collection who is just hovering that rank to farm wins. Now I'm learning that this is a vicious cycle lol. If you're playing in trash tier those fancy more effective tactics you picked from watching high elo streamers usually won't work because your teammates have no clue what you're trying to do.
The combination of 1 and 3 is what results in ladder being awful for the first half of the month if you're not a legend-tier player, because all the players who are good enough to be legend are now much lower rank. At some point you have to draw a line.
